对青霉素发酵罐的接种工艺进行改进。方法 打破种罐种子演接种控制在10~15%的传统,接入2096的种罐种子液和1096的发酵至60h的前期发酵液,使总接种量达到3096。结果与结论

To improve the inoculation technique of Penicillin fermenter.
Methods Traditional inoculation of Penicillin fermenter
used seed broth with a inoculation volume of 10-15 %. Under
improved inoculation,this volume was raised to 20% ,at the
same time fermentation broth of earlier stage was inoculated
and overall inoculation volume were reached to 30%. Results
and Conclution Combining the base of optimization of fermentation
earlier stage,it showed that fermentation index had increased
10.8 %, refinement yield increased 0.4 %, production index
of fermentation and refinement increased 11.2 %.
