采用不同接种量、不同接种方式的对照实验和正交化实验,改进接种工艺和与之匹配的发酵前期工艺。结果 采用两种种源混合接入,总接种量为30%,其中种罐种子液的接种量为20%,发酵至60h的前期发酵液的接种量为10%。结论接种工艺改进后,发酵指数提高10.8%,提炼收率提高0.4%,发酵提炼的生产指数提高11.2%。[著者文摘]

To improve inoculation of penicillion fermenter and to increase
level of penicillion production. Methods Inoculation and
accordant earlier fermentation process were optimized by
comparison and orthogonal design experiments. Results It
was adopted that overall inoculation volume of two types
seeds was 30%, respectively, the inoculation of seed broth
was 20% and the one of fermentation broth of 60th hour was
10%. Conclusions It was showed that fermentation index was
increased by 10.8%, refinement yield 0.4%, and production
