高年发 苏敬红 张健天津市工业微生物重点实验室,天津科技大学生物工程学院,天津300022摘 要:对L-嗜热乳酸杆菌T-1在5L发酵罐上进行了分批发酵和补料分批发酵的条件研究。实验结果表明:分批发酵最适条件为以Na2CO3作中和剂,温度50℃;pH6.0,溶氧范围为前0h~20h通风1L/in,搅拌转速100r/min,20h后停止通风和搅拌,产乳酸95g/L,产酸速率1.32g/(L·h),转化率92.7%。补料分批发酵实验表明,2次补料乳酸产量明显高于1次补料,产酸117.5g/L,转化率90.4%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:The conditions of batch and fed-batch fermentation
by L-Lactobacillus thermophilus T-1 in a 5 L fermenter were
studied. The production yield of lactic acid reached 95
g/L with a rate of 1.32 g/(L h), and a conversion rate of
92.7% with conditions ofpH 6.0, temperature 50℃ and the
dissolved oxygen controlled by aeration 1 L/min and stirring
100 r/min for 20 h. Furthermore, this article also shows
that two times fed-batch was better than one time fed-batch,
the production amount of lactic acid was up to 117.5 g/L
and the conversion rate was 90.4%.[著者文摘]
