the optimum condition of the fed-batch technology on Leptospirillums
ferriphioum. The result showed that the optimum fermentation
condition was as follows： pH was 1.2, inoculation quantity
was 33%, air flow was 6L/min, the stirring speed was 450r/min,
after 30h culture time adding up the material at the 3ml/min
speed and the batch quality was 1 500ml. The bacteria density
