ChinaAbstract:The endophytic inhibiting bacteria（ Bacillus
subtilis）B-001 had better controlling efficacy on tobacco
Ralstonia solanacearum during four-years field test.In order
to improve the fermentation efficacy, reduce the fermentation
cost and to be practiced on bigger scale, in this paper
the optimal fermentative conditions in 5 L fermentation
container were studied. The results showed that its optimal
fermentative conditions were 100 L/h, 220 r/min, 30℃, 3
L/5 L, intial pH8.0, 60 h by orthogonal experiments L9（34）.[著者文摘]
