徐健 刘孝光 潘培道池州师范专科学校机电工程系,安徽池州247000摘 要:本文采用实体建模、CFD(计算流体动力学)前置处理器等工具建立机械搅拌通风发酵罐CFD计算模型,应用两相流的欧拉模型模拟发酵罐内流场的气、液两相流动。对模拟出的内流场,重点分析了气相含量、气相速度的分布情况,并用取样实验进行验证.证明了应用CFD技术对机械通风发酵罐内流场模拟分析的有效性,为此类发酵罐性能预测评价、结构优化提供了一种有力的技术手段。[著者文摘]

The Numerical Simulation for Gas-liquid Phase Flow Inner

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) model for air blow tank
with machinery agitation is set up accurately by model tools,
the internal gas-liquid flows field is simulation using
two-phase Euler-Euler model. The analysis is focus on volume
fraction of air content and its velocity distributing according
to the simulation results, and compared the simulation results
with the data of sampling experimental datum. It has proven
that the CFD technology is valid for the simulation of air
blow tank with machinery agitation. So it should offer a
strong technological means for optimizing structure and
predicting the performance about this equipment.[著者文摘]
