[3]韩国关东大学环境工程系,韩国首尔摘 要:KIM21膜分离设备是利用涡流(vortex)抑制膜污染堵塞,使过滤效率极大化,是在平板膜表面上产生涡流,抑制膜污染的次世代膜分离工艺。其膜组件采用了涡流发生技术,提高了膜过滤效果。KIM21可采用很多种膜,如反渗透、纳滤、超滤、微滤等。KIM21结构由过滤部分、支架部分和驱动部分组成。通过KIM21可回收30%~50%(重量比)的啤酒。实现成本降低及生产量提高的双重经济效果。(孙悟)[著者文摘]

Beer Reclaim from Sedimentary Yeast Waste in Fermentation

Abstract:KIM21 membrane separation equipments make use of
vortex to inhibit membrane fouling blockage to maximize
filtration efficiency. Its vortex is produced on the surface
of plate membrane and the membrane filtration effects are
improved by the use of vortex generating technique. Multiple
membranes are adopted in KIM21 including reverse osmosis,
nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration etc.
KIM21 are composed of filtration section, bracket section
and driving section. The use of KIM21 could reclaim 20 %~30
% beer (weight ratio), which could reduce production cost
and achieve satisfactory economic profits.(Tran, by YUE
