王蕊 苗宝增唐山学院,河北唐山063020摘 要:对啤酒发酵罐群大量的温度测点,采用新型数字化温度传感器IAff4来实现信号采集,计算机发出片选控制信号,送至芯片74HC138完成片选功能,实现温度巡回检测.LM74与计算机之间通过SPI串行总线通讯,将采样数据和采样时间存储在计算机中,便于数据的查询和分析,同时系统具有温度上下限报警功能,给生产过程的长期正常运行和检查带来了很大的方便.与传统模拟系统相比,获得了稳定性好、测温精度高、功耗低、经济效益显著的良好效果.[著者文摘]

Temperate Acquisition System of Beer Ferment Pot Group

materage point of beer ferment pot group,using LM74 new
type digital temperature sensor carry out signal acquisition,
and accomplish chip-choose function through computer send
out control signal to CMOS chip 74HC138, the temperature
circuit detection was realized. It is through SPI BUS realdize
serial communication at LM74 between computer, which stores
the sampled data and its time in computer, it is very useful
for querying and analyzing data,it have give an alarm function
of utmost,and helpful for long-t/me working of the production
process and checking on it. The stability is better, measure
precision is higher, power expend is lower than traditional
