宁建根 叶旭初 张林进南京工业大学材料科学与工程学院,江苏南京210009摘 要:运用气泡多相流MUSIG(multiple—size—group)数学模型,以100m^3的传统柠檬酸发酵罐内的搅拌、气泡运动过程为研究对象,针对直径为20、5、0.5mm的3种典型气泡尺寸组,采用CFD技术数值模拟出罐内的湍流速度场、气泡体积组分空间分布场.探讨了不同的通气量对气泡体积分布的影响规律性,分析了发酵罐内溶氧浓度低的主要原因,为认识与改善发酵罐内的溶氧率提供了理论依据.[著者文摘]

Numerical simulation analysis of bubble flow in a citric

(multiple-size-group) model, the stirring and bubble movement
process in traditional 100 m^3citric acid fermenter had
been used as the research objective and the turbulent velocity
distribution and space distribution of bubble volume component
in fermenter had been simulated for three typical size groups
of bubbles 20, 5, 0. 5 mm. Rules of different aeration rate
effect on bubble volume distribution have also been discussed
and the main reasons of low dissolved oxygen tension in
fermenter have been given, which can be used for cognition
and improvement of dissolved oxygen rate in fermenter.[著者文摘]
